Presented by Christie Pollock, Shortlisting and Selection Team Leader and Jennifer Fleay, Talent Acquisition and Training Coordinator.
Questions like, ‘what is the colour of success?’ and ‘describe yourself in three words’ have no place in a professional job interview. These questions tell us nothing about the candidate’s experience or cultural fit and will simply waste your time and equally throw your candidate off their game.
As hiring managers, we want to get to know our candidates and really be able to identify whether they will be a great fit in our organisation. We also want to give candidates a great experience, remembering that the first time they meet us, is the first time they can put a face to your employer brand.
In our September webinar, our shortlisting specialists will be discussing everything you need to do and think about to conduct a fabulous interview. One that will leave your candidates feeling great and give you all the info you need to make a great hiring choice.
What you will learn:
- The worst questions you could ask in an interview
- The best questions to ask
- Time saving tips
- Excellent preparation and candidate care.
