About Knauf

Founded in 1932, Knauf is a multinational, global leader in lightweight construction materials. Knauf is committed to helping its customers meet the increasing demand for energy efficiency and sustainability in homes, non-residential buildings and industrial applications.

Knauf’s lack of a recruitment process was putting pressure on their internal teams and causing frustrations for hiring managers.

Ineffective, inconsistent recruitment advertisements, written in-house by different hiring managers, was resulting in a smaller, low-quality talent pool. Advertising on a single job board was also resulting in poor-quality applications and slow time to hire.

Different hiring managers were using different recruitment agencies to fill vacancies. Their lack of shortlisting process, candidate care practices and application management was negatively impacting their brand perception.
